To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you recieved it.
Once we have recieved the item, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund.
When returning an item, a return label will be send to you as long as you paid for shipping.
If the item is part of a free shipping promotion, than you are required to pay for the return label or it can be deducted from your refund and you then will recieve a return label.
